The pulverizing unit is mainly composed of four parts: the main machine, the auxiliary machine, the electric control box and the chiller. The design is compact and the structure is reasonable. It is a wind-selective type and has no screen. The ultra-fine grinding unit is made of high quality stainless steel. The machine is equipped with a classification mechanism that enables comminution, grading and completion. The negative pressure conveying causes the heat generated in the machine cavity to be continuously discharged during the pulverizing operation, so it is also adapted to the pulverization of the thousands of heat sensitive materials. The machine has a wide application range, the production process is continuous, and the discharge granularity is adjustable.
Each type of ultra-low temperature pulverizing unit includes a main machine, a speed-adjustable screw feeder, a cyclone collector aspirating hammer swaying device, a bag type dust box and an air flow rushing device, and a suction motor to cause a negative pressure. The high-power air-extracting motor not only can make the conveying pipe form a negative pressure, so that the required fine powder is automatically sucked into the pipeline by the wind, and the huge wind also takes away the heat generated continuously in the crushing chamber, and at the same time, the pipe of the crushing unit is Go to a powerful cleaning effect. Crushing object

GH series ultra-low temperature pulverizer can process crushing and grading of various materials such as chemicals, food, medicines, cosmetics, dyes, resins, shells, etc. The machine has reached the international advanced level. It can produce good pulverizing effect on various materials such as rice, white sugar, various kinds of beans, agarwood, pepper, pepper, coffee beans, cocoa beans, yin, star anise, cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, thyme, etc. Particularly high materials such as sesame, walnut, peanut, almond, and melon seeds cannot be crushed separately. If you want to crush materials with a particularly high content, you need to mix them with other materials that have no oil or low oil content. The proportion of materials containing oil is as low as 25%. If there are large particles of oil-containing materials, the crusher or stainless steel coarse crusher is used for crushing (coarse crushing) before crushing with ultra-low temperature pulverizing unit, and then ultra-fine pulverizing is carried out by ultra-low temperature pulverizing unit.

Principle
The material enters the crushing chamber through the screw conveyor through the screw conveyor, and is sheared and crushed by the high-speed rotating blade. The material is transported into the cyclone separator by the negative pressure air transport method. The bag dust collector and the discharged material dust are passed through the dust bag. Filtration and recycling, no dust flying during the production process, and can improve the utilization of materials and reduce the cost of the enterprise.
