It is suitable for drying materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics, traditional Chinese medicine and other industries.

Description of vacuum drying theory

①When the heating temperature is constant, increasing the vacuum pump can speed up the drying rate

②When the vacuum degree is constant, increasing the heating temperature can speed up the drying rate

③ Increase the degree of vacuum and increase the heating temperature, which greatly accelerates the drying rate.

If a condenser is used, the evaporated solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser, which is a commonly used drying equipment. If the JZJS-70 water ring pump vacuum unit is used, the condenser can be omitted, which saves energy and investment.

Features:

①The boiling point of the material solution decreases under vacuum, which increases the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator, and can save the heat transfer area of the evaporator for a certain amount of heat transfer.

②The heat source of the evaporation operation can be low-pressure steam or waste heat steam; the user can choose water or oil heating for special requirements, and the factory can specially design it for you.

③The heat loss of the evaporator can be reduced.

④It is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials that are easily decomposed, polymerized and deteriorated at high temperature.

⑤ It can be disinfected before drying, and no impurities are mixed in the drying process.

⑥ It is a static vacuum dryer, so the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.

Working principle and main supporting equipment:

GH series cylindrical and square vacuum dryers are designed with a through-flow drying frame, which can be dismantled. According to the principle of hot air rising, make full use of the heat transmitted from the drying pipes of each layer to achieve the purpose of speeding up the drying of materials. In particular, the use of double-steam pipe interval and layered steam intake and the encryption of the lower two-layer drying pipes has improved the disadvantages of uneven temperature of the previous static vacuum dryer. A small amount of free swing is made on the surface to improve the vacuum degree in the dryer to fit the sealing surface, so that the materials can be rapidly vaporized and dried in a lower temperature environment.

1. Dryer body: According to different production requirements, the dryer body can be made of A3 steel plate or A3 steel plate with 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate or 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate. The 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate wall is easy to clean, which is beneficial to meet the sterile requirements of drugs, and has a good anti-corrosion effect on acid and alkali. There are three sight glasses on the front and back of the device, which is convenient for observing the drying of materials. The sight glass liner is made of silicone rubber, which is not only sealed but also suitable for non-toxic drying requirements of drugs. There is a vacuum gauge and a thermometer on the body, and a disinfection port for disinfection and protection of materials before or in the middle and later stages of drying. The disinfection gas and protective gas are selected by the user. During the disinfection process, the vacuum pump and vacuum valve must be closed. After the disinfection is completed and the disinfection port is closed, the vacuum pump can be turned on and the vacuum valve is opened for vacuuming. If sterile operation is required, a steam filter (for the sterilization port) and an air filter (for the vent valve port) should be provided. Considering that the input steam pressure of the disinfection port is too high, a safety valve is also installed on the body for protection. There is a steam inlet (or hot water outlet) on the body of the device, and a sewage outlet (or hot water inlet) drain outlet is arranged under the body of the device.

2. Drying rack in the dryer: According to the drying requirements of different materials, the drying rack can be made of 20# seamless steel pipe or 1Cr18Ni9Ti seamless steel pipe. According to different drying temperature requirements of materials, drying racks have three types: steam type, hot water type and electric heating type.

3. Hot water tank: The hot water tank is specially designed and produced for the hot water type vacuum dryer. There are water level gauge, water filling port, leakage water port, sewage outlet, temperature measuring port, hot water inlet and outlet, SC-Il steam heating muffler (or electric water heater), and automatic digital temperature control device, which is convenient for users. The temperature is set between 0 and 100 °C. The thickness of the thermal insulation layer of the hot water tank is 80mm, and the working state of the entire hot water tank is low noise and low energy consumption. The hot water tank comes with a tank rack. The hot water tank should use clean, soft water so that scale does not affect the heat transfer rate and water circulation rate.

4. Steam solenoid valve rack: The steam solenoid valve rack is mainly used for heating the hot water tank. When the hot water temperature reaches the preset value, the thermometer informs the electric control box to cut off the steam solenoid valve. When the hot water temperature is lower than the preset value value, then open the steam solenoid valve to achieve the purpose of automatic temperature control. Once the steam solenoid valve fails, close the left and right stop valves of the steam solenoid valve, and open the bottom stop valve to realize manual temperature control. The removal of the steam solenoid valve will not affect the normal operation.

5. Hot water pipeline pump: The hot water pipeline pump is mainly used for the hot water circulation of the hot water vacuum dryer, and the model is SGR40-6-20.

6. Hot water solenoid valve holder: The hot water solenoid valve holder is mainly used for the hot water inlet and cut-off function of the hot water type vacuum dryer drying rack. The hot water solenoid valve is connected with the electric control box to realize automatic control, and its function is the same as that of the steam solenoid Valves are similar.

7. Condenser: The function of the condenser is to recover the solvent in the vacuum pumping pipeline. The heat exchange area is 7 square meters. One interface is fed with cold water, and the other is discharged with water. If the user has special requirements for the recovered solvent, the factory can make the condenser according to the material required by the user. The factory also designs and manufactures multi-pass copper tube condensers with warped copper tubes. The operating pressure is -0.1Mpa ~ 0.2Mpa. The outer shell is made of stainless steel and the heat exchange tube is made of red copper tubes. For refrigerant, the condenser is attached with a shelf.

8. Storage tank: The function of the storage tank is to store the recovered solvent, which can be made according to the material required by the user. The storage tank is equipped with a vacuum suction inlet and outlet, a solvent discharge valve port, a vent valve port, and a liquid level gauge.

9. Vacuum pump: For the selection of vacuum pump, please refer to the list of technical data and the configuration table of vacuum drying system. The appropriate vacuum pump can be selected according to the boiling point, evaporation and drying requirements of the material. However, in the case where the solvent does not need to be recovered, because the vacuum dehumidification contains a large amount of water vapor, the principle is to use a water ring vacuum pump or a water jet pump or a ZSL-1-100 jet vacuum pump. The water ring vacuum pump can be combined with the mechanical booster pump.

10. Electric control box: mainly used for automatic temperature control cycle of hot water, automatic temperature control of electric heating drying rack, temperature digital display setting, manual and automatic control of vacuum pump, hot water pipeline pump, condenser, cold water circulating water pump, etc.

11. Baking tray: When the material to be dried allows, try to use a 10-mesh~12-mesh stainless steel screen tray (1Cr18Ni9Ti), which is beneficial to the drying of the material.
